Dr. Olaf Larsen has more than 20 years of experience in both Industry and Academia, and more than 12 years of experience in the field of microbiota and probiotics. With a MSc in chemistry and a PhD in physics, Olaf uses a different pair of glasses to look at the health and microbiota domain. Health2Value is always striving to precipitate complex problems into understandable metrics, all having a quantitative knob to turn wand steer into the right direction.
